Garden Club is a student-lead environmentally friendly group who care for our school community. Through our Garden Club, we have implemented class and whole school programs, such as our worm farm, whole-scool composting of our "fruit break", our garden, compost and how to care for the community.
Our school is working closely with Rumbalara Education Centre and is a W.O.W School (Wiping Out Waste). We aim to reduce the amount of waste our school generates by implementing a new bin system, that separates our waste into categories, maximising recycling.
Our Garden Club meet every Friday and take care of our garden, watering it, checking on the worm farm and breaking up compost.
